Your information stays league-sized.
Join requests collect your name, email, and phone number so the commissioner can review placement and contact you. League HQ account passwords are salted and hashed; reset links are one-time and expire after 30 minutes.
SkyTrak setup stores the account email, login username, and an encrypted copy of the password after the player authorizes commissioner access. The commissioner may decrypt those credentials for league simulator sign-in. Credential access is restricted to commissioner tools and recorded in the audit log.
Players may separately authorize post-round analytics. When that authorization is active, the commissioner may use the saved sign-in after a league round to retrieve that player's SkyTrak course activity, scorecard, and shot measurements. The league stores a sanitized source snapshot plus calculated club and round statistics so the player can view a private shot report. Access tokens and passwords are never included in imported activity data. Players can revoke future sweeps from their profile.
SkyTrak separately controls its account and simulator data under its privacy policy.
Visitors who are not signed in can request a roster spot and read the rules. Player names, profiles, standings, round results, contact details, account data, SkyTrak credentials, shot reports, and money-ledger records require sign-in. The system does not process card or bank payments.
To correct or remove your account data, contact the league commissioner. Historical competition results may be retained as part of the league record, with contact and account access removed.
